50% Payment after first sketch is approved, and the rest upon completion of the commission
No cancellations/refunds once sketch is approved

Estimated finish time ~ 1 week - 2 months, dependent on piece and back log*
Finished piece images will be sent through email and/or Discord
All commissions are for private/personal use only. This includes posting on social media, using the artwork as a YouTube thumbnail, and stream overlays, panels, and emotes.
If you would like to use a commission commercially, you will be charged 2x of the final price. This is if you want to use the artwork for merchandise, ads, prints, etc.
Use of Al in any kind, shape or form is prohibited. Not to train Al, not to 'enhance' my work, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora Al', 'character.ai', and any other Al tools.
I have the right to use all commissions as part of my portfolio.
If you wish to post any artworks without crediting me, or do not want commissioned artwork to be posted on my portfolio or socials, there is an additional $10 NDA fee.

If there is a delay in your commission (ie. life) then I will be sure to let you know
If a client does not respond to an art progress within a week of me sending an update, I will proceed with the commission to the best of my ability
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
